1: The loan will not be used for drug trafficking or illegal possession of drug
2: Applicant must be above 18 years before loan can be approved
3: Failure to repay the loan back in its stipulated time will require me to file charges against applicant.
4:The borrower will start to be paying the monthly payment at least six month time after the loan have been granted and transferred to the Borrower.
5: Borrower must be willing to pay back at the appointed time
6: The loan will be transferred to you exactly 24hour after the transaction is completed.
7: Applicant must provide the following Requirements:-A proof of income, a valid Identity Card bearing his/her name. Valid Residence
8: Applicant is to pay a refundable fee of the loan security cost and will be refunded back at the end of the loan duration.
9:Your loan application will be approved if you are then fit for the application process at 5% interest rate.

A little bit History
Jesse Brookes is the Founder of jesse brookes funding finance. He has been involved in all phases of the fund’s development.
Mr. Jesse began his career as an analyst at a local San Diego long-short hedge fund – Carmel Capital Partners, LLC. He was engaged principally in equity research.
After Carmel Capital, Mr. Jesse went to work for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Los Angeles, CA. His primary duties were auditing and financial reporting for some of the worlds’ most influential hedge funds & private-equity funds.
In early 2015, Mr. Jesse formed Jesse Brookes Funding Finance, as he saw a new paradigm shift in the real estate markets. Starting with an initial capital commitment of $10,000, he has grown discretionary assets under management to over $68mm. JBFF portfolio includes physical real estate across all product types and opportunistic trust deeds. Mr. Jesse has realized steady, double digit returns for his partnerships in 5 consecutive years.
Mr. Jesse graduated Cum Laude from the University of San Diego (BA – Accounting & Finance). He is also a licensed California Private Lender
